Terms &Conditions

Last updated 2026-09-07

Who we are

These terms govern your use of the FoodBank website and online ordering service, operated by FoodBank of Plot 5, Peter Odili Road, Port Harcourt ("we", "us", "our").

By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when the branch confirms it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or the delivery address is outside a branch's area — and will refund any payment already taken.

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and are inclusive of VAT. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor, Paystack. We do not store card details.

Menu and availability

The same menu applies at every branch, but availability of individual dishes varies by branch and by time of day. The website shows current availability where it can; it is not guaranteed.

Loyalty programme

If we offer a loyalty programme, points and rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be changed or withdrawn on reasonable notice. One manual discount or one loyalty redemption may be applied to an order, never both.

Your responsibilities

You must give accurate contact and delivery information, tell us about allergies or dietary needs before ordering, and not misuse the website (no interference, automated scraping, or attempts to break security).

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from events outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here, dated 2026-09-07, is the one that applies. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
